Contact support

Contextual sponsorships

Brother is free to use. Some eligible, non-sensitive replies may include a clearly labeled sponsored suggestion. Ads are matched from a short, redacted message excerpt and are never shown for screenshots, users under 18, or sensitive conversations. If no suitable sponsor is available, no ad space appears.

Screenshot advice

Brother can read a screenshot you deliberately attach so it can respond to visible context. Crop or remove names, phone numbers, addresses, financial details, intimate content, and anything you do not have permission to share before sending.

Memory, chat history, and deletion

Brother keeps a protected local copy of your profile, memory, and chat history. If you use Brother without an account, that local copy remains on the device until you delete it or remove the app. If you sign in with Apple or Google, Brother also keeps a private account backup so your conversation can be restored after reinstalling or changing devices. Original screenshot files are not included in that backup. In Settings, you can restart onboarding, delete Brother’s memory, or delete your account.

Safety

Brother is for everyday guidance and reflection. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, a crisis line, or an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
